Econotherm to lead consortium in developing new clean air drying solution

BRIDGEND, Wales, September 2018 – Econotherm has been awarded £162K in funding through Innovate UK and the Newton overseas development fund to develop a solution for clean air drying of Mate Tea in Brazil.

 

Econotherm will lead a consortium that includes Brunel University, Sennai and Ervateira of Brazil, which will develop and implement a novel heat pipe based air drying solution to address a particular issue in the Mate Tea processing.
